AM62L: AM62L: Unable to wake from sleep(The GPIO in the WAKEUP domain )

Using the device tree: k3-am62l3-evm.dts. Executing the command "echo mem > /sys/power/state" fails to wake up effectively via wakeup_uart. Could the GPIO in the WAKEUP domain be used to wake up the DeepSleep state? This includes: WKUP_GPIO0_0, WKUP_GPIO0_1, WKUP_GPIO0_2, WKUP_GPIO0_3, WKUP_GPIO0_4, WKUP_GPIO0_5, and WKUP_GPIO0_6. If it is possible, how should it be adapted?
