AM623: when in eMMC boot Mode, facing rebooting failed issue both in u-boot (reset) and linux (reboot)

Tool/software:

We are using custom board with PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM62X 11_01_05_03

When in SD boot mode rebooting is OK

But when in eMMC boot Mode, facing rebooting failed issue both in u-boot (reset) and linux (reboot)

stuck @ Restarting system

Base on the FAQ, We have tried @U-boot: => mmc rst-function 0 1 but still FAILED

Is there anything we might miss?

the difference between our custom board and SK-AM62B-P1 is we don't have [exp1: gpio@22] in k3-am625-sk.dts

Does the kernel logs show that the RST is indeed enabled

root@am62xx-evm:~# mmc extcsd read /dev/mmcblk0 | grep -i RST
H/W reset function [RST_N_FUNCTION]: 0x01

If yes then it would be some custom board issue.
