My customer is using a DM365 with this Micron memory. The DDR2 memory spec indicates the OCD must be set to the default state of all 1's as part of the configuration sequence (page 84 note 4). He wants to know if the DM365 memory controller does this. It appears the bits do not get set to 1's. Section 2.14 of SPRUFi2 describes the DDR2 Auto-Initialization Sequence and Table 13 shows an "OCD Exit" command, but there is no mention of a command or sequence to set the OCD bits to the "Default" state of all 1's. Can you confirm if the DM365 controller does this?
