Thank you for your reply.

We are using CST studio 2025 for the above left picture and ADS for the right picture. The data import is simple. Select date import- select touchstone block- select related file.Then there has an error as above left picture. Then I asked my colleague to have a double check with ADS import as above right picture. It still has an error.

I reached out to the simulation expert. Please refer below comments:

The file contains mixed impedances for signals and power (.ts as opposed to .sNp) which might need to be handled with a special setting in the simulator.

As a first step, can you please check with their EDA vendor regarding the handling of mixed impedances in the tool they are using? This does not point to an error in the model since we have used the same file in our TopXp simulations.
