Hello,

we are doing PDN simulation now, we refer to PET spreadsheet for current consumption calculation as below show, but you can see the mark(not suitable for designing a PDN) in the red  box, here, i want to know can this current consumption used for PDN simulation? and if not, how can i get the right current consumption for PDN simulation?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out. Power Estimation Tool (PET) can be use for thermal and power simulations but it is not recommended for power supply/PDN sizing.

    For power supply sizing, we recommend using the validated PMIC or discrete power solution in our EVM or to use the maximum current ratings when designing a custom power solution.
