I am doing eMMC simulation with AM62P IBIS(sprm825f.ibs) and package model. I can't get correct voltage in AM62P side and eMMC side for CMD and Data7. Now my simulation schematic design only have sprm825f.ibs+package model + eMMC IBIS model. I compare CLK ,DATA0 ,DATA7 ,CMD signals and CLK ,Data0 can get correct waveform.Data7 .CMD can't. I do the S-parameter and TDR simulation for package model and the eMMC IBIS model is correct. Could you help to check IBIS model for sprm825f.ibs especially for eMMC CMD and data7 pin?
