I have a question about the AM1801 reflow conditions.
The AM1801's MSL is Level-3-260C-168 HR, and I have checked the reflow profiles in the document linked below on TI.com.

I have a question about the temperature/time of Tp, as shown in the screenshot below.
1) Is the typical reflow temperature for Tp 235°C to 250°C? Or is it the maximum temperature of 255°C to 260°C listed in Table 2 of the document?
2) In the Tp condition, it is written as 30 seconds max. Can you tell me the min seconds condition?
