Because your question is about software drivers and not the C6713 device, we will have your thread moved to the BIOS forum. You should be able to get a better answer there.
But it is possible that we do not have drivers for doing this. I seem to recall someone else asking for something similar in the past week or so.
To look for any possible support, I recommend the following:
1. Go to the TI Wiki Pages and search for articles about flash and the C6713. One archived workshop dealt with Flashburn and the C6713, so it might have some lower-level driver discussions, too. That one is here.
2. Go to TI.com and search for articles about flash and the C6713 or simly C6000. There might be some application notes that were written about ways to do this.
3. Find the datasheet for the Flash device on your board (DSK6713?) and find out how to program it. Usually, you have to write a key sequence to enable writing. Then you may have to do the writing in a particular way. There could be limitations on the number of bytes updated at a time or external settings like power and enable lines.
I am sorry that I do not have clear or direct answers for you. But I hope this will help you reach a solution more quickly. And perhaps someone in the BIOS forum will have more to say.
Regards,
RandyP
