AM62L: Unable to wake from sleep(WakeUp button ) - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums

In a previous post, I encountered a hibernation failure using Silicon Revision 1.0. We're now using Silicon Revision 1.1, but the problem persists. Unlike the EVM, we're using DDR4. Does using DDR4 affect waking from hibernation? Are there other factors that might affect this?

Hello,

The Linux SDK is tested on TI EVMs which use LPDDR4. We don't have a platform to test and validate AM62L low power modes with DDR4.
