Hello Experts,

The workaround for i2128 is mentioned as being applicable to Silicon Revisions 1.0 and 1.1.

Could you clarify what is meant by "some revisions of 1.1"? What proportion of 1.1 devices are affected?

Additionally, if we are using Revision 2.0, do we still need to consider this workaround?

i2128 only applies to SR1.0 and SR1.1. The "Advisories by Modules" table will be updated to reflect that.

Software running on SR1.1 should check for WKUP_SPARE_FUSE0[31:30].WORKAROUND!=0b11 to determine if the software trimming procedure should be applied.

Hi,

as stated in DRA829J-Q1: VTM Temperature Sensor accuracy - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums, VTM temperature sensor accuracy is +/-5°C up to 110°C and +/-2° between 110°C and 125°C.

What is the impact on the accuracy if the software trimming procedure is not used for SR1.1?
