AM6442: Support request: DDR configuration for AM6442 with Micron MT40A512M16TB-062E

Hi TI Support Team,

We’re developing a custom board based on the AM6442 EVM and plan to use Micron MT40A512M16TB-062E:R (8 Gb, x16 — 1 GB per device) DDR4.

Could you provide the recommended AM64x DDR controller configuration for this device?

We’re specifically looking for a U-Boot DTSI compatible with AM64x.

If a ready-made DTSI isn’t available, please share the reference parameters we should use in the online SysConfig tool to generate the DTSI.
