Hello,

Not CCS itself.

However, we do offer a VS Code extension that provides debug support for a limited set of TI MCUs via GDB+openOCD:

I'm sure you are already aware but I will mention how our new CCS 20.x environment is based on the Theia IDE framework which itself is based on VS Code.
