AM6411: Set A53 clockspeed

I saw older discussion that described the frequency tuning of AM64x A53 core with k3conf. This doesn't seem to work anymore, I tested with SYSFW version 9 and the latest 11 (and k3conf version accordingly). My assumption is that the pm-cfg.yaml is not enabling the clock set TISCI commands to go through for the cpu clock (id 137 as per older answer (tested id 135 also)).

Can you advice me how to tune the clock freq of the A53 core?
