AM625: CAN TXD leakage current

Part Number: AM625
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM62P,

Tool/software:

Hello,

What is the typ/max leakage current that I should expect from MCAN0_TX pin.

Thank you

  • The MCAN0_TX pin is implemented with a LVCMOS buffer type as shown in the datasheet Pin Attributes table. The leakage associated with the LVCMOS buffer type is +/- 10 uA as defined in the LVCMOS Electrical Characteristics section of the datasheet.

The next revision of the datasheet will have the following note added to the Input Leakage Current parameter to clarify its meaning.

This parameter defines leakage current when the terminal is operating as an input, undriven output, or both input and undriven output, without internal pulls enabled.

    Regards,
    Paul

  • Hello Abdulkader Al-Obaidi

    Thank you for the query.

MCAN0_TX pin  is implemented using LVCMOS IO buffer

The same note will be added in the next revision of the AM625 data sheet
