CCSTUDIO: CCSTUDIO says Product SYS/BIOS v6.83.0.18 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available.

Tool/software:

My project will not build because CCSTUDIO think that SYS/BIOS is not installed but it is.  Any ideas on how to get it to recognize its installed?
