SK-AM64B: How to install FreeRTOS in SK-AM64B.

I am using CCS for the first time and am having trouble figuring out how to run FreeRTOS on my board, the SK-AM64B. How do I configure the board before running FreeRTOS?  Can you guide me on how to do it?
