SK-AM62B-P1: Unable to boot linux

Hello Experts,

We are evaluating SK-AM62B-P1 and following the quick start guide. (https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__AbbWmNvlfzgJuC3e95XC8A__PROCESSORS-DEVTOOLS__FUz-xrs__LATEST)

Even after following steps mentioned in quick start guide, but failing to boot linux. Nothing appears on Tera term.

Procedure followed:

- Setup:

Board: SK-AM62B-P1

Image: 

Windows PC

- Image creation tool: balenaEtcher
- SD card:
I tried three different types.
8GB: Played when the creation tool ran out of space.
16GB: The creation tool was able to write. The Linux log does not appear.
128GB: The creation tool was able to write. The Linux log does not appear.
- Dip switch:
Switch state as instructed.
- USB UART
Four COM ports were recognized.
Changed each port 115200 baud rate, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and no flow control.
- Checked with Renaming the file
In the Start Guide, you can rename the file.
I tried both when I changed the file name and when I didn't, but there was no change.

- Checked UART-USB driver, but nothing changed
