PROCESSOR-SDK-AM69A: I’m having an issue building the image for the AM69A.

Tool/software:

  • When I build version 10, it fails because it can’t clone the files from meta-qt5 — the Qt repository seems to have problems. I tried checking the clone link manually, but it also returns a 404 error.

  • When I build version 11, it immediately fails because meta-qt6 cannot be downloaded due to a timeout.

    Are you able to clone the repository outside of the Yocto build?

    Can you clone a mirror? For example: GitHub - YoeDistro/meta-qt6: Mirror of https://code.qt.io/cgit/yocto/meta-qt6.git/

    I’ve already downloaded the meta-qt6 layer from Git, but during the build process it still tries to clone from Qt’s server, which causes an error. Do you have any solution for this?

    Hi ,

    You can try changing the QT_GIT_PROTOCOL to https in the meta-qt6/conf/layer.conf

    I was unable to clone that repository using the git transport protocol, but https worked fine.

    i have changing the QT_GIT_PROTOCOL to https in the meta-qt6/conf/layer.conf now , this issue with patch apply

    Hi ,

    I have tested building the qtbase recipe, and I did not see your original issue of fetching the repository(ies).

    Can you try cleaning and rebuilding the qtbase recipe?

    I’ve tried, but it seems that the Qt server is blocking connections from Vietnam or something like that. I traced the logs and saw that my request reached the server in London, but it stopped there.
