AM5729: AM5729 Sitara processor

Tool/software:

I am trying to boot my ARM code in AM572x Sitara Processors sdk for linux operating system , i am copying liunx default images in Transcend Micro SD card 64GB its able to ARM booting and worked for , now i am copying the bootable images in another SD card its like MICRON 64gb all image files are copied properly but ARM not bootable in my processor .

Hello Dinesh,

Could you please let me know what SDK version you are using? Also, the SD card size should not matter.

Are the SD cards rated as XC or HC or UHS?

i am using SDK version : ti-processor-sdk-rtos-c665x-evm-06.03.00.106

SD card details :

CARD NAME : MICRON (64GB) MICRO SDXC I [3] WITH A2 RATING @10

PARTNUMBER : MTSD064AMC8MS-1WT

but SanDisk Extreme (64GB )micro SD XC i V30 [3] A2 was properly booting its also XC series , then why not micron SD XC series notable to booting ,all file system are copied properly by using Linux terminal.

AM57x does not support any high speed modes so there might be an issue with the way certain SD cards handle this. Internally, we only use HC SD cards. If one brand worked, I would recommend sticking to that brand or switching to HC SD cards.
