DM8168 H.264 compression

Can a DM8168 can be configured in such a way to compress a single 3200x2400 stream @ 30 fps into H.264?

Max resolution supported is 2Kx2K. Hence it is not possible to configure for 3200x2400

Now can the 8168 support any resolution below the 2Kx2K limit?
