DM8168 NAND boot- issue

Dear All,

We are working on a custom board design based on Netra DM8168 processor and we are facing issues with Nand Boot. The Boot mode pins of Netra are set for NAND boot, U-Boot is flashed to the NAND device successfully using the CCS based nand flash writer. But DM8168 Netra does not boot up on reset as there is absolutely no output on the UART console.

Following are our observations:

1. NAND device is same as used in the EVM.

2. The DDR, NAND and UART based CCS test apps are passing successfully.

3. We are able to run U-Boot by loading it to netra's IRAM from CCS.

FYI, the CCS application for calculating optimized values for performing DDR3 software levelling is not yet done. Please provide your valuable suggestions and help us in resolving the issue.

Regards,

Khader Shareef
