Part Number: LED-CONTROLLER-GUI

I’m following up on my access request for the TI Secure resource LED-CONTROLLER-GUI, which has been pending for about three months. I’ve previously accessed other TI Secure resources without issue, and I followed up around three weeks ago but haven’t received an update.

Could you please provide a status update or let me know if any additional steps are needed on my end? If we are unable to gain access to the GUI software we may need to change our design to a different IC.

    Hello Keira,

    Who did you follow up with?  What devices are you looking at using and what is the application.  Do you have a TI representative in your area?  This GUI is likely part of our gated items and we need to verify you are customer and not a competitor.

    Hi Fhoude,

    I followed up via a support ticket because I don't have any TI rep contacts. Nobody has reached out to me regarding the software access request. We're currently developing a product using the TPS92520 for an industrial automation imaging device. I don't know of any representatives in my area. I'd be willing to answer any questions to prove I'm not a competitor if you could kindly put me in contact with somebody. Thanks.
