Could TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3.4-DevKit-2.1.2 rowboat release support 512MB DDR?

hi,all

We have made a ti8148 board with 512MB ddr ram and want to port
android gingerbread on it. From the code downloaded  with rowboat-
gingerbread-ti81xx-mc-dsp-snapshot-GMT20110926200120.xml refer to http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/TI81xxWithMultimediaAcceleration, it seems the
code is just for 1GB ddr. Would you please tell me how to port it to
512MB ddr board?
