RDK: VCAP->VENC->VDIS demo

Hi folks,

I'am using RDK version 01.09.00.16 and I have a issue with VCAP->VENC->VDIS demo (demo 4).
Every time I launch it, I get and assert error in DEI Link (the log is attached as reference)
I get the error independently of enabling or not file writing.

I usually use demo 1 without troubles.

Any hints?
