Hi,

My customer has a question about DDR4 calibration.

Are DDR4 calibration values stored in some registers ?

Could you tell them in which register the calibration result is stored ?

They would like to check the calibration values at low, room and high temperatures on the actual machine.

IO calibration values are in registers, but they are encoded values, so there is no real information that can be obtained from these values.

IO calibration results are in PHY_1322 to PHY_1331. Note that these will continually change since periodic IO calibration must enabled in all configurations for normal operation.
