Hello.

I have connect J721EXCPXEVM(with J721EXSOMXEVM) and Camera(Image sensor : VB1940(ST) / Serializer : MAX96717(ADI), No ISP)

I made expansion board for this connection that using deserializer(MAX96712(ADI))

This expansion board is connected to J52. Bottom side of the EVB.

Can you guide me on how to boot the camera and view the image?

I want to run it in the application layer of edgeai-tiovx-apps

Originally, I was using a frame grabber built with FPGA to view the image,

and this frame grabber initialized and booted the SerDes and image sensor through I2C.

What SDK are you using?

Do you have drivers written for the deserializer and image sensor?

Hi Jared McArthur.

Currently I installed prebuilt version of SDK. Iti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-11_01_00_04-prebuilt.tar.gz,

There's no driver yet. The original initial file combines the frame grabber, image sensor, and GMSL settings.

And I'm planning to modify it and use it.

Hi Yeonghyeok Shin,

You will have to add code to the imaging repository to support your new deserializer and camera sensor.

You can look at the existing code in the imaging repo for inspiration.

It is also within the RTOS SDK release.

The serializer/deserializer code is written for FPD link. Specifically the DS90UB9702-Q1 or DS90UB960-Q1 depending on the fusion board.

The code is within iss_sensors.c
