AM62P: How to use ARM Trusted Firmware-A for OTA update

Now we use falcon mode 

• R5 SPL -> ATF -> OP-TEE -> Linux

we need OTA update   kernel   dtb  rootfs

we hope we can use ATF + OPTEE load A/B partitions to update , 

such as android ota update
