I am quoting on a project which has been specified to use the AM3703, have 1GB LPDDR and 512MB Flash.

We are probably going to use POP for the ram, though it is not set in stone.

I have found the following Micron parts, any way to check if they are known good parts for this processor?

MT46H256M32L4JV-5 IT

and

MT29C4G48MAZAPAKD-5 IT

Are there better options?.. I like the combination Flash/LPDDR parts, which Micron has, but they don't have the 1GB ram/512MB flash combination, and all of them appear to be EOL Pending.
