When I open code composer 20.3.1 with my sysconfig selected, it get a timeout waiting for the view to be ready. When I hit the reload button it opens a sidbar slider and doesn't open the sysconfig editor. this is annoying and very repeatable. The work around is close the sysconfig then reopen it.
