TDA4VE-Q1: C7x hangs during IPC initialization

Hi TI experts,

SW:SDK10.1

HW:our own board

During boot testing, the C7x occasionally hangs during IPC initialization, approximately once per 1000 boot attempts. The affected DSP core is random; sometimes it's c7x_1, and other times it's c7x_2. Can you please give us some guides to analyze this issue?

    Which boot mode are you using. And is there any changes you made from default sdk, like memory map.

    Can you dump the IERR and IESR register values in the c7x exception logs.

    Add this part of code inside $(pdk)/packages/ti/csl/arch/c7x/src/Exception.c

    And share the logs with IERR, IEAR prints.
