We are implementing the functional safety of am62a7.

We need to know which registers require read back diagnostics, similar to the following document (J784S4_J721S2_Register_Readback_NDA.xlsm).

Is there such a document for am62a7？

XUE as far as I know there is no such document for AM62A.

Hello Xue,

Most of the IPs are same in the Jacinto and Sitara devices. So, the static registers list we have for the J7 devices would be directly applicable AM62Ax in most of the cases. Can you share the list of modules you are looking for. I can check and confirm if the list can be reused.
