Regarding Beagleboard rev B

I want to run some DSP  application (object tracking) using Beagleboard-xM ( rev B). For that i used DVSDK-4.01 it has its own application that i am able to use but if i want to run applications that i have develpoed then what should i do ????/

Please anyone help me.......its urgent
