AM625: can not wake up from deep sleep mode

we try to wake up soc from deep sleep mode follow the link below

but fails. it seems the current keep the same as the current in deep sleep mode;
we try to wake with the method rtc and main uart;both not work;
any suggest to debug the question

Are there any hardware test points we can measure to troubleshoot at which step the problem occurs (mainly regarding wake-up)?

Hello,

Which Linux SDK version are you using?

Is this using SPL boot or SBL boot? Currently, low power modes are only supported in SPL boot.

Are you using RT Linux? LPMs are not supported in RT Linux.

Is this being tested on a TI EVM or custom hardware?

1 we are using the 10.01.10.04 sdk

2 SPL boot.

3 no RT Linux

4 customer board ,we are working on try it on EVM board (progress update: we do the same thing on EVM ,it is work ,we can wake up from sleep mode )

5 i think we have already include the TIFS Stub

we solve the problem using the m4f provided by demo code ,it seems m4f code also should adapt for the deepsleep mode;
