I am looking for OMAP 4460 footprint to complete my PCB  design,can any of the forum members let me know the link from where i can download it.and in case if it is not present in the website , i need suggestions on how to retrieve it.

    The datamanual which carry the footprint info should have been typically made available at http://www.ti.com/general/docs/wtbu/wtbudocumentcenter.tsp?templateId=6123&navigationId=12037

    However, I find that the 4460 one has not been publically release yet. I will try to connect with the TRM/DM release team and update you on this.

    In the meanwhile - you are working under NDA then your Application Engineer/Support contact at TI should be able to get you the NDA 4460 Data Manual

    Hello,

    I've just spoken to DM people, they said the public DM will be available tomorrow (tuesday 23rd january). They were just waiting for an internal approval.

    You should be able to download it tomorrow or the day after.
