UCC28512: Supply current at VCC turn-on threshold

Part Number: UCC28512

Hi Team,

Good day. I need to know what is the Supply current at VCC turn-on threshold. The parameter showed on the datasheet is for 300 mV below the VCC turn-on threshold (see test conditions). I need to know the maximum current required to turn on the IC (the current at the VCC turn-on threshold).

Regards,

Marvin

  • Hi Marvin,

At turn-on threshold UCC28512 can take current equivalent to supply current (on). Which is 4mA typ and 6mA max (with GT1, GT2 no-load).

If you are asking about supply current the IC consumes once it starts - based on the max gate charge of the FETs, add the equivalent value for the actual supply current.
