Dear E2E.

I use OMAP-L138.

USB0_VBUS is connected to the 5V power which is provided to USB port out through the power switch - MIC2025.

Is USB0_VBUS input 5 volt tolerant?

This is not clear stated in DS.

    Hello,

    The data sheet sprs586d indicates for the USB0_VBUS analog pin:

    p77 : absolute max 5.50V for 24 h

    p79 : 5.25V recommended max

    Since it can be connected to an external power source via USB, this pin may be connected through a current-limiting resistor (1 k).
