TMDS62LEVM: Flush KeyWriter Lite is failed

Part Number: TMDS62LEVM

I would like to test secure boot on AM62Lx. 

For confirming the process to flush key to eFUSE, I create keywriter lite binary built as key count and key revision are 0 with key_configurator. 

I referenced the following flush process and tired it.

3.1.2.6. Key Writer Lite

But it caused the error.
