Hi experts
Hope this finds you well.
In the AM6234 processor's DSS, I want to connect a low-resolution LCD panel (320 x 240 pixels, 6.3 MHz pixel clock) to the LVDS output. Is it possible to use it at this low clock rate?
Regards,
Zhou

Hello Zhou,
Thank you for your query !
You may want to check vs the following E2E thread on the topic:
AM62x: supported minimum resolution on OLDI
Looks like pixel clocks below 7 MHz are not supported by OLDI LVDS ports but I will additionally discuss with the topic owner - Stan Stilyanov.
Please expect a response tomorrow.
Thank you !

Hi Anastas, Hi Stan
Thnak you.
Just would like to check if any update here please?
Regards,
Zhou
Hi Zhou,
Unfortunately there is a hardware limitation that makes impossible to set frequencies below 7 MHz. Please refer to the below e2e thread:
AM625: AM62 16MHz (small displays don't work)

Stan
