Building Basic Angstrom on Narcissus... Approximately How Long Does Sit At "Preconfiguring Image"

Please excuse my "newbie-ness".  Should it take hours?  Minutes?  Just trying to build a basic Angstrom load with Gnome and X11.  Anyone have experience with using Narcissus???  Thanks for any info that you can give....

    INFORMATION FOR ANYONE TRYING TO USE NARCISSUS TO BUILD AN ANGSTROM IMAGE!!!!

     

    This applies to Beagle, Crane or anything else.

    By hard experience I have found that you do NOT want to use the Narcissus website to build the Angstrom image online with Internet Explorer under Windows.  If you do what I did and use Windows Internet Explorer, Narcissus will get stuck on the first step.  If you use Firefox under Linux, then everything'll work and your image will build successfully

    We are using firefox on Windows XP with no problem.

    I can't see why local OS or explorer has to create problems.

    Maybe your machine has something misconfigured or your JVM is not the proper one....

    This should be checked in a number of machines before stating IE+Windows = problem

    (note: I'm not advocating for IE or Windows)
