How to support discrete sync mode with TVP7002

Hi TI experts,

Sorry, I have to repost this problem.

There is a thread discussing how to modify the v4l2 capture dirver and tvp7002.c to support RGB24 bit and discrete sync.

Our project also need the video decoder working in this mode and I have the same problem with the gentleman who posted this question in above link.

Could TI experts or anyone else give us more information about how to make this work?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    We are using TVP7002 driver from available Linux driver. That driver doesn't support RGB captured. So we need to add that. We tried adding it and it doesnt work. We have brought VESA resolution with TVP7002 driver in our M3 side binary. I will try to send those settings and you can try that to get RGB input to HDVPSS.
