Hi TI,
We are currently working on the TDA4VM board and trying to establish inter-core communication between A72 and R5F.
To proceed effectively, we would like to understand the behavior and architecture of IPC drivers on this platform.
Please share IPC User Manual(Linux):

IPC driver initialization and configuration flow
RPMsg channel creation and endpoint management
Interaction between Linux (A72) and RTOS (R5F) cores
Any constraints or best practices for reliable communication

Having detailed documentation or a flow diagram would help us gain better clarity and ensure proper implementation.

May I know which IPC you want to use? CDD IPC with AUTOSAR OS on R5F and linux on A72?

or PDK IPC

1) Can CDD IPC be executed standalone without AUTOSAR OS, or must it run under AUTOSAR OS?
2) If standalone operation is not supported, is PDK IPC recommended as the alternative IPC mechanism?

Your guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

CDD IPC is written with AUTOSAR specification but it can also be used baremetal or with freeRTOS.

Yes PDK IPC is also an IPC LLD driver which supports baremetal/RTOS
