Hi ,

I have a custom board which consists of TI8148 and TVP5158.

I tried to use the DM365_DVR_DVSDK3_00.02.00.00 package for patching the kernel .

when i try to compile the kernel (uImage) with or without TVP5158 support i get an error .

the questions are :

1. how can i change the patch to work with sdk 4 ? or kernel 2.6.37 ?

2. there is any stand alone driver ? because the DM365_DVR_DVSDK3_00.02.00.00 consists a lot of files ..

Hi,

We have DVRRDK based on DM8148 which has the support for TVP5158 video decoder. The support for capture video frames using TVP5158 is not in linux kernel currently.

Hi Anshuman,

I have a similar configuration as a Avi above, a base EVM8148 with a custom expansion board with two TVP5158.

where can i get the RDK for the 814x with the driver for TVP5158?
