Hello.

I would like to know about Thermal resistance value of R-theta ja(Junction to air).
I think there is no description on datasheet.

8.1 Thermal Data

 Could you let me know about the value of C6457?

    RY,

    For many of our devices, we assume you will use a heat sink to provide better thermal characteristics. In that situation, the R-theta jc is all that we can provide since you will determine the C-A case-to-ambient thermal resistance from the heat sink and its attachment to the DSP.
