The latest AM335x datasheet, SPRS717B, http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/sprs717b, appears to have some typographic errors.
Table 3-7 DC Electrical characteristics, section(DDR2 - SSTL mode) shows:
VIL max as VDDS_DDR - 0.125 (V). This looks wrong: I think it should read DDR_VREF - 0.125
Also under (DDR3 - HSTL mode). VIL max is shown as VDDS_DDR - 0.1. I think this should read DDR_VREF - 0.1
