OMAP-L138 real-time clock ground

I’m using a 32.768 kHz crystal for the real-time clock, and I connected the ground side of the crystal load capacitors to RTC_VSS. As recommended in the data sheet, I have not connected RTC_VSS to the board's digital ground (the two are tied together within the OMAP).

I’m powering RTC_CVDD using a super cap, but don’t know whether to tie the ground side of the cap to RTC_VSS or my board's ground. I assume I should just tie it to ground to keep RTC_VSS as quiet as possible, but I’m not positive. Can anyone confirm this for me?
