I see that the RTP is 2012 Q2 for all types of AM335x.
Could you be more specific?
What is the certain date, when we can buy this processor in Europe? At first <100 pieces, than 10k pieces.
Best Regards

At this time, we cannot provide more visibility into the exact date. I would say that we are able to provide devices (<100) today based in both packages. Those orderables are XAM3359ZCZ and XAM3358ZCE. Hope this helps.
What is the lead time for this two item to Europe? Right now I can only see 1 item stocked in the European distributer.
And is there any difference between the final product, and this XAM335x? I believe this is some kind of beta version. Am I right?
Yes, distributors generally don't stock the pre-production parts. Upon production, distributors will order ahead and, generally, carry stock. Depending on your desired quantity, you should be able to receive units within 8 weeks (max).
The silicon shipping today will be used in production.
The XAM335x devices are based on the first silicon revision. Early production devices may also be based on the first silicon revision or may be based on newer silicon revisions. Please refer to the AM335x Silicon Errata for a list of know issues for each silicon revision.
For example, the first silicon revision of AM335x has the input function of the EXTINTn terminal inverted. This input should have been active low rather than active high to be more consistent with industry standard interrupt inputs, so TI is currently evaluating the possibility changing the polarity of this input in the next silicon revision.

Paul
First of all, thank you for the answers.
How should we order these parts?
I see that in Europe there is no available units (only 1 piece).
Can we order through Texas Instruments, or should we get a hold of one of the distributors in Europe?
