BE Pins on C6713 QFP Package

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of designing a circuit that uses a C6713 208 pin QFP package with the EMIF connected to four Micron SDRAM (4 bank) devices using CE0 - CE3. The issue that I've come across is that in the documentation it is stated that BE0 ad BE1 connect to the two bank enable pins on the SDRAM devices, while BE2 and BE3 connect to the two DQM pins, and yet the 208 pin QFP package doesn't come with BE2 and BE3 pins, so I'm at a loss as to how I am meant to connect it up. I've been through all of the documentation available for the C6713 and looked through this forum, all to no avail. Just wondering if anyone is able to provide some information or point me in the right direction for solving this problem.

Thanks in advance!

  • Excuse my ignorance. Reading technical documentation in the early hours of the morning is not recommended. I finally found what I was after in the EMIF reference manual after reading it for the twentieth time. Pins A13-A14 are used for bank select.
