I am designing a custom board with Four DDR3 x16 256MB(micron MT41J128M16HA) chips. While the DDR3 memory has 14 bit addresses, DM8168 has 15 bit addresses
. Could you let me know which the correct connection is ?
A. DM8168: A[13:0] <--> DDR3: A[13:0]
A[14] unused
or
B. DM8168: A[14:1] <--> DDR3: A[13:0]
A[0] unused
