I apologise if this has been answered elsewhere, I did take a look but couldn't find anything.

I am using an OMAP3530 with the 4.01.00.09 DVSDK to encode video using the supplied H.264 codec, via gstreamer. Is it possible to control the frequency of I frames and the number of P or B frames that follow?
