AM620-Q1: PWM output using the Timer module

Hi Expert,

On the AM620-Q1, is it possible to generate the following two PWM signals? 
We would like to control these PWM signals from the Cortex-R5. 

PWM1
 - Pin Number(ALW) : AB1 - TIMER_IO4
 - Frequency=100kHz
 - Duty=32%
PWM2 : 
 - Pin Number(ALW) : Y3 - TIMER_IO5
 - Frequency=100kHz
 - Duty=47%

According to the Technical Reference Manual, we understand that the period and duty cycle can be configured by a combination of the internal overflow pulse and the internal match pulse.
However, we could not determine whether the internal overflow pulse and internal match pulse can be configured independently for each timer channel
